Drawn to the real estate profession after seeing her family members so dedicated to their clients and to fulfilling those clients’ dreams, Breanna has spent her years as a real estate professional combining her skills with her personal philosophy. "My main goal as a Realtor is to help ease my clients’ journey through real estate,” she says. “The service they receive when working with me is professional and reliable. I'm not here to overwhelm them with information they probably don't need. I'm here to fine-tune the information they do need to help them achieve their real estate goals."

As founder, owner and Broker of Windermere Napa Valley Properties, Mark Lesti is one of Northern California’s most active and successful real estate professionals. In addition, he has joined his wife, Christine, son, Brendan, and daughter-in-law, Breanna, to form The Lesti Team, an integral part of Windermere Napa. His nearly three decades in the field of real estate, combined with his singular blend of creativity, ethics and attention to detail, make him an invaluable asset to his brokerage, team and distinguished clientele.

A Northern California native and Napa resident for many years, Mark has gained market knowledge extending beyond trends and values. It includes equally beneficial insights into neighborhoods, schools, weather patterns and more. With in-depth financial knowledge acquired as a C.P.A.(currently inactive status), Mark offers each client a valuable consultation to identify any areas of their overall financial plan needing general attention, as well as those areas specifically related to any real estate transaction under consideration.

Born into a family of investors, Mark developed an affinity for real estate at an early age, began investing himself and continues to do so. That personal experience demonstrates to his clients that their agent and broker has faith in his own expertise, and shares an appreciation of the dynamic Napa Valley property market.

A resident of Napa for nearly two decades, and with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, she possesses unsurpassed knowledge of the local market, and strength in the financial aspects of real estate transactions. It is financial expertise that was fine-tuned through ownership of her own accounting business and tenure as Comptroller of a successful computer software programing firm.

While her financial and negotiation expertise are impressive to her colleagues and seller clients, it is Christine’s market knowledge, communication skills and obvious desire to match individuals and families with their perfect home, or home away from home, that stands out to her distinguished buying clientele. Her love of the Napa Valley, its sense of community, and small town ambiance play an undeniable role in that desire.

Known for his unwavering optimism, charisma and can-do attitude, Brendan is a valuable resource, consultant and ally his clients rely on and his colleagues respect and appreciate. Agile in negotiations, he is an accomplished, reliable problem-solver dedicated to achieving his clients’ goals and objectives. In addition, his many years of experience in the insurance industry have given him communication and sales skills vital to success on behalf of his clientele.

Having grown up in Napa, attended local schools and received his degree from nearby Sonoma State University, Brendan is very knowledgeable about Napa, its surrounding communities and the Napa-Sonoma Wine Country in general. That kind of local market knowledge makes him invaluable to Windermere Napa Valley Properties clients of The Lesti Team who are buying or selling Napa area properties.

Having been raised in a “real estate family”, Ashley has worked behind the scenes for Windermere Napa Valley Properties since 2017 in Client Outreach and Agent Support roles. As a long time resident of Napa Valley with family located all over Northern California, she has a local knowledge of not only Napa but its surrounding areas. Formerly a teacher, Ashley prides herself in organization and attention to detail, two aspects important to a smooth real estate transaction.

The personal aspect of real estate is what interests Ashley most. Knowing she may be helping her clients make dreams come true excites Ashley, as she looks forward to matching people with homes in which life-long memories will be made.

As an agent who was born and raised in the Napa Valley, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. I come from a real estate family where my father has been selling real estate in the Napa Valley for over 40 years. I have a background in marketing and technology with a BA in marketing and a minor in communications from Cal State Sacramento. I also worked in technical support with Bank of America and as a Sr. Project Manager with ADP for 17 years prior to my real estate career. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2006 and have experience in residential real estate, investment property, foreclosures, estate and trust sales.
